While blogging has started to become a slow addiction that I’m starting to develop, I am realizing that what I am saying about self-publishing world has an effect and one that is not so welcomed. Though sometimes it’s resulted from what I have said to authors on a private occasion, I realize that much of it has to deal with what the critics thought I said.
To be honest, I believe much of this has to deal without my willingness to clarify these errors not to mention the concept of gossip i.e., ‘airing out the dirty laundry’ on other websites.
If one person cannot stand the comments I make to them privately through email, oftentimes he or she takes the situation upon him or herself ‘to make a report’ on another website, exposing their disgruntled ramblings and irritations. Rather than exchanging/discussing any kinds of points I made through email, which I constantly offer, these authors have done whatever they could to make themselves feel better. Only then do they decide to open themselves up to engaging in serious discussion.
Should I have reason to soften up to these authors who make disgruntled reports on different forums?
